Colin Blouin serves the Pals to Paws Board of Directors as its president in an ex officio capacity, in addition to his role as the organization’s CEO. Having raised four pets himself, including two rescues, he knows first-hand how crucial resources can be in raising happy and healthy pets. His belief that pets are family is what drives him to serve. With a background in higher education and organizational development, and as the founder of Pals to Paws, he is responsible for day to day operations and helping the organization to fulfill its mission and vision.
