Our Story

It started with a love of pets
...and a love of beer.

We know what a difference the pets in our lives make, and we know the sense of community that can be fostered over folks enjoying a cold beverage together.

Seeing both the need in our community to improve and make a positive impact on animal welfare, and the opportunity to do so by utilizing the already existing communities cultivated in pubs, taprooms, breweries, bars, wineries, distilleries, and anywhere else a cold beverage can be enjoyed with friends, we had an idea:

What if we could bring the two concepts, the love of pets and the love of spirits, together to support happy and healthy pets – whether they have a forever-home, or they’re still looking for one?

From this idea, Pubs for Paws was born.
